2. Ordering Process

To order our tiffin services:

• Contact us directly via phone call or WhatsApp using the contact information on our website
• Discuss your meal preferences, delivery location, and timing
• We'll confirm your order and arrange delivery or pickup

3. Payment Terms

Our payment policy is simple:

• Payment is made after the tiffin is delivered to you or picked up from our location
• We accept cash payments and digital payments through popular UPI apps
• Monthly subscription plans can be discussed and arranged directly

4. Delivery and Pickup

For your convenience:

• We deliver within selected areas of Nashik (delivery areas will be confirmed during ordering)
• You can also pick up your tiffin directly from our location
• Delivery times are between 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM for lunch and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM for dinner
• Please inform us at least 2 hours in advance for any cancellations

5. Food Quality and Safety

We take food quality seriously:

• All meals are freshly prepared in a clean kitchen environment
• Please inform us about any allergies or dietary restrictions
• We recommend consuming the food within 2-3 hours of delivery
• Empty tiffin boxes should be returned with the next delivery
